To align with our client’s goals and budget, we implemented a phased development approach. Phase 1 focused on immediate impact, introducing real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics. Phase 2 built on this foundation, integrating AI-driven predictive analytics and expanding ecosystem integration to enhance proactive maintenance capabilities.
This iterative approach allowed the manufacturer to see tangible results early while maintaining a clear roadmap for long-term growth.
