Our Site allows for the submission of project briefs and recruitment documents (CVs and cover letters). When uploading files:

  • You warrant that you have the legal right to provide the file and that all information is accurate.
  • Malware Protection: You must not deliberately introduce viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Scanning: We utilise automated tools to scan all submissions for security risks. We reserve the right to delete any submission deemed a security risk without notice or liability.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify True9 Limited against all losses, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from a breach of this Section 6.
